Tammy J. Arquette, Esq.

Tammy J Arquette is a member and owner of the Arquette Law Firm, PLLC, located in Clifton Park, Saratoga County, New York.

Tammy J Arquette practices primarily in the areas of family law, matrimonial and divorce law, child support, child custody, spousal maintenance, separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, and adoptions. She also handles cases involving DWI, Vehicle and Traffic matters, Criminal matters, Real Estate sales, purchases and mortgage refinances, and Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy matters.

Ms. Arquette practices in most courts in the Capital District and beyond, including Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga, Rensselaer, Fulton, Montgomery, Schoharie, Columbia, Greene, Washington and Warren Counties.

Ms. Arquette graduated from the Honors Program at Fordham University in 1987 with a B.A. degree, having double majored in English and Political Science, and from Albany Law School in 1990 with a Juris Doctor degree.

Ms. Arquette is admitted to the New York State Bar since 1991, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section and Real Property Law Section, and a former member of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Children and the Law. Ms Arquette is also a member of the Schenectady County Bar Association and the Saratoga County Bar Association. Ms. Arquette is also a member of the Capital District Women’s Bar Association where she serves on the Legislative Committee and is a delegate to the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York.

Ms. Arquette is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York since 1991, where she has been certified for electronic filing. Ms. Arquette practices in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York handling consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

Ms. Arquette is also the Chairman of the Duanesburg Board of Ethics, and is a Trustee and Board Member of the Duanesburg Education Foundation, Inc.
Ms. Arquette also continues to attend various Continuing Legal Education programs in the areas of Family Law, Divorce Law, Real Estate Law, and Bankruptcy Law, keeping abreast of the newest law changes.

Ms. Arquette has worked both in the small firm setting and the larger matrimonial firm setting, obtaining significant experience in all facets of trial litigation, settlement negotiations, contacts with Judges and other professionals. Ms. Arquette’s extensive 21 years of experience in handling all divorce, matrimonial and family law cases, including trial litigation, in addition to her ability to handle matters involving real estate, bankruptcy, vehicle and traffic, adoptions and criminal matters, makes her an invaluable asset when negotiating the complex matrimonial case as well as the most basic family law matters.

 

Alexandra J. Moser, Esq.

Alexandra J Moser is an associate attorney in the Arquette Law Firm, PLLC, located in Clifton Park, Saratoga County, New York.

Alexandra J Moser practices primarily in the areas of family law, matrimonial and divorce law, child support, child custody, spousal maintenance, separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, and adoptions. She also handles cases involving Vehicle and Traffic matters, Criminal matters, Landlord/Tenant and Real Estate sales, purchases and mortgage refinances.
Ms. Moser practices in most courts in the Capital District and beyond, including Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga, Rensselaer, Fulton, Montgomery, Schoharie, Columbia, Greene, Washington and Warren Counties.

Ms. Moser graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 2007 with a B.A. degree, having double majored in Political Science and Criminal Justice, and from Albany Law School in 2010 with a Juris Doctor degree.

Ms. Moser is admitted to the New York State Bar, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section and Young Lawyers Section. Ms Moser is also a member of the Schenectady County Bar Association, the Saratoga County Bar Association, and the Capital District Women’s Bar Association.

Ms. Moser also continues to attend various Continuing Legal Education programs in the areas of Family Law, Divorce Law, and Real Estate Law, keeping abreast of the newest law changes and further honing her litigation skills.

Ms. Moser has already amassed experience in the areas of family law through her volunteerism with The Legal Project assisting in pro bono matrimonial and family law matters. She has clerked with a major law firm in the Capital District doing extensive legal research on legislation and litigation matters. She has further clerked with various Judges where she has completed legal research and drafted decisions in various matters, as well as interning with an area District Attorney’s Office preparing for court proceedings.

Ms. Moser is also an avid skier and snowboarder, and has donated her time at the Double H Ranch, Hole in the Woods Camp, as an Adaptive Ski and Snowboard instructor for special needs children.
